The Concierge

Your personal wellness concierge. Monthly. Done for you. $297.

Most of my clients are already spending this on wellness. The difference is now it is actually working.

You are probably already spending $300 to $400 a month across supplements, subscriptions, delivery services, fitness apps, and products that are sitting half-used on your bathroom shelf. That spending is not wrong. It is just uncoordinated. Nobody is connecting the dots between your sleep data and your bedroom temperature. Nobody is making sure the things you are buying are actually working together. Nobody knows your space, your habits, your goals, and your taste well enough to make the right call every time.

That is what I do. For $297 a month I am your wellness person. I handle your environment, curate your products, interpret your data, introduce you to what you do not know exists yet, and show up on a schedule to make sure your space is working for the life you are trying to build.

You do not get a plan. You get results. Because I am the one doing the work.

Here is what your $297 gets you every month.

·  One in-person visit per month. I come to your space and handle whatever it needs. Some months that is a fridge reset. Some months it is a restorative corner redesign. Some months it is introducing you to a PEMF mat or a circadian lighting setup or a tea ritual you are going to become obsessed with. I assess and I act. You come home to something better.

·  The Weekly Charlotte Wellness Rundown. Every week I send my concierge clients a short curated note — what is happening in Charlotte wellness this week, what I am loving right now, what is worth knowing. You are in a small exclusive group. Part newsletter, part thoughtful note.

·  Concierge sourcing on request. Need something ordered? Message me. I handle it. Plants from EasyPlant, a new diffuser, a pantry staple you ran out of, a product I recommended last month — I source it, I find the best version, and I get it moving. A flat sourcing fee applies for projects beyond a quick order.

·  Wearable data check-ins. Bring me your Oura data, your WHOOP report, your sleep score, your HRV trends. I translate what it means for your environment and your daily systems and I tell you exactly what to change. Not clinically. In a — here is the one thing that will actually make a difference — way.

·  Referrals to aligned practitioners. I know the right personal trainer for your personality. The nutritionist who will not make you feel bad. The skincare expert who understands clean ingredients. Part of being your wellness concierge is knowing who else you should have in your corner and making that introduction.

Every concierge relationship begins with The Initial Audit.

Before I can maintain your wellness environment I need to understand it. The Initial Audit is a two to three hour in-person visit where I walk through your space, ask the right questions, observe everything, and assess what your environment is currently doing to you. It is the foundation everything else is built on.

Common questions.

  • Please do not. I need to see your space the way you actually live in it. The mess, the half-finished habits, the things you have been meaning to fix — that is all information. No judgment. Just observation.

  • Yes — and honestly renters are my people. I work entirely within rental constraints. No renovations, no permanent changes. Everything I do is portable, removable, and designed for someone whose space is not permanent but whose life absolutely is.

  • Even better. I work alongside your existing practitioners and I can connect with them to make sure your environment is supporting everything they are helping you build. I am not replacing anyone — I am the person who makes the whole team more effective.

  • An interior designer makes your space beautiful. I make it functional for your nervous system, your sleep, your energy, your focus, and your daily life. Aesthetics matter to me — but they are a byproduct of doing the wellness work correctly, not the goal.

  • Yes. There is no long-term contract. I ask for thirty days notice so I can plan my schedule. But my goal is to become someone you would not consider canceling — because the results are visible every month and the relationship is worth it.

  • “Jamie has a true gift for seeing what others miss. She walks you through a deep dive to explore the real problem at hand. The process is empowering, transformative, and helps you filter through what's been holding you back. Her confidence is infectious.”

  • "Design your spaces to encourage success. Jamie showed us that we don't have to be perfect to start. Just starting and improving little by little makes a big impact."

    —Katharine O., Entrepreneur

  • "Jamie's presentation completely shifted how I think about my home. It's not just about removing clutter, it's about being intentional and trusting the process to set myself up for success."
