What I Actually Do

I'm a trained observer with a background in environmental design, behavioral psychology, and wellness strategy. I'm also a WELL Accredited Professional, certified in the science of how built environments affect human health. But more importantly, I'm an artist and poet, which means I see patterns and details most people miss.

During a private session, I come to your home and observe everything: how light moves through your bedroom, where visual clutter pulls your attention, how your daily routines interact with your physical space, what your environment is actually communicating to your nervous system.

Then I translate those observations into clear, actionable recommendations that you can implement immediately.
