The Best Wellness Routine Is One You Don't Have To Think About.

What I actually keep in my home — and why reaching for any of it is enough.

The wellness industry has done something impressive.

It has convinced millions of people that taking care of themselves is a full time job.

Track your sleep. Score your recovery. Log your macros. Hit your steps. Journal in the morning. Meditate at noon. Stretch at night. Take seventeen supplements in the right order at the right time with the right food. Buy the red light. Do the cold plunge. Optimize your circadian rhythm. Measure your HRV. Set intentions. Review your intentions. Wonder why you feel more exhausted than you did before you started trying to feel better.

This is not wellness. This is a second job with worse pay and no benefits.

And people are burning out from it. Not from their lives. From their wellness routines.

The irony of wellness culture is that it has made self-care one of the most stressful parts of the day.

I want to offer you a different framework entirely.
